Pay Scale & Allowances After Joining
Selected candidates are appointed in Level-1 of 7th CPC Pay Matrix.
- Basic Pay: ₹18,000
- In-hand salary (approx): ₹22,000 – ₹28,000 per month (including DA, HRA, Transport Allowance)
- Annual package: ₹3.5–4.5 lakh in starting years
- Other benefits: Pension under NPS, medical facilities, leave travel concession, canteen facility, uniform, children education allowance, etc.
After probation and satisfactory service, salary increases regularly with promotions.
